Sweet Delights History and Desserts Walking Tour in Bucharest

1 / 14

Overview

Back in its glory days, Bucharest was known as Little Paris. It has the lights, the architecture, the fashion but most of all the SWEETS to prove it. Pastry chefs trained in France brought back the craft and talent and took the aristocracy from Turkish Delights to French Eclairs.

In this 3-hour-long experience, we will go through the ages of sweets and pastries but also find out about the 500-year history of the city. Combining French, Oriental, and Balkan influences, Bucharest is the city of contrasts.
